We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
  • To deliver the analytics, signals, forecasts, and portfolio tracking features of the platform.
  • To send transactional emails such as account confirmations, password resets, and service notifications. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.
  • To monitor platform performance, detect errors, and improve reliability.
  • To investigate and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use of the platform.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or licence your personal information to third parties without your consent.

Section 03

Use of AI in our Services

We use artificial intelligence extensively to power features across our platforms. Where possible we will employ deterministic non-AI techniques, however, there are many cases where non-deterministic semantic reasoning is needed. Things like combing through news feeds and generating sentiment analysis, or evaluating and interpreting various data sets and distilling them down into recommendations, and things of that nature. To accomplish this quickly and at scale, the relevant portions of your content are sent to our AI providers to generate a response, and are then returned to us for further processing. These providers process your content only to fulfill that request.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so we recommend reviewing everything we provide before relying on it for important decisions.

Use of AI is a necessary part of us providing the service, if you are concerned about your information being fed into LLMs (large language models) then please consider not using our service. We limit the scope of what we process as best we can, but cannot offer an AI-free version of our platform.

Section 04

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security controls to protect your data from being accessed by unauthorized persons. Any access to customer data by our employees is limited. We maintain a tiered infrastructure utilizing multiple layers of firewalls, network segregation, and policies to help prevent a security breach or violation by unauthorized parties.

Our web applications require a secure layer of authentication. A customer must log in with their credentials in order to access their account information. All communication with our websites and web applications is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.

Section 05

Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform. These may include cloud infrastructure providers, market data vendors, AI processors, and email delivery services.

Our platform does not embed advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or third-party behavioural analytics. Any third-party JavaScript loaded by the platform (such as the Bootstrap framework) is served solely to support platform functionality.

Links to external websites, if present, are provided for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any linked third-party site and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
